When will my order arrive?

All products are shipped through USPS priority shipping. You can expect your order to arrive within 4-6 business days of purchase. 

Can I return a device? 

You have 30 days to return your device from the time of purchase. There is a $25 restocking fee. 

Can I change or cancel my order?

All changes/cancellations must be made within 24 hours of purchase. Once the product has shipped, no changes can be made.

Do you accept FSA cards? 

Yes, we accept both FSA and HSA cards. Alternatively, you can submit your receipt for reimbursement with your FSA or HSA administrator. 

Is a prescription required for purchase?

Yes, all purchases within the United States require a valid prescription prior to purchase. If you need a provider to authorize the device, you may select the $20.00 add-on for an evaluation. Customers outside the United States do not need a prescription.

 Are there any side effects or risks?

Neurovana Ultra is FDA-cleared and considered very safe. Side effects are rare (less than 1% of users) and are usually mild and temporary, such as light tingling on the earlobes, mild irritation, or a slight headache.

There are no known contraindications for using Neurovana Ultra. People with pacemakers, defibrillators, cochlear implants, epilepsy, or those who are pregnant can generally use the device safely, but should first consult with their healthcare provider to ensure it is appropriate for their individual situation.
